Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Get AI Vizible (https://getvizible.online), operated by [Legal entity name, e.g. Techieon Private Limited], [Registered address] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

Get AI Vizible sends the questions you configure to third-party AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity), records their answers, and reports how often and how favourably your brand and the competitors you list are mentioned. It also offers recommendations, AI-drafted content and a website readiness check.

AI answers change constantly and differ between runs. Our reports describe what the engines said at the time of a scan. We don't guarantee any ranking, mention, traffic or business result, and we don't control the AI providers.

2. Your account

• You must give a valid email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract, or use the service on behalf of a business that authorises you.
• Don't enter personal data about private individuals in brand facts or questions.

3. Plans, billing and renewal

• The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown on the pricing page.
• Paid plans are monthly subscriptions charged in advance through our payment partner Razorpay, in US dollars or Indian rupees as you choose at checkout. They renew automatically each month until cancelled.

• Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing month.
• If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay retries it for a few days. If it still fails, your account moves to the Free plan and your data is kept.
• Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your first renewal after that notice.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to get around plan limits (for example by creating several free accounts), to probe or overload our systems, or to resell access without our written agreement. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Your content and AI-generated content

You keep all rights in the brand information, questions and facts you enter, and you let us process them to run the service. Drafts produced by the AI writer are yours to use, but they are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Review them before you publish.

6. Our property

The software, design, reports and documentation of Get AI Vizible belong to us. You may use reports and exports for your own business and your clients.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but don't promise it will be uninterrupted. We may add, change or remove features and AI engines, and will give notice of changes that materially reduce a paid plan.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or decisions you make based on AI answers, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. On deletion we remove your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [City], India have exclusive jurisdiction.
