- Which AI engines are included?
- Every plan tracks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok and DeepSeek. There are no add-on fees per engine. Google AI Overview presence is checked in SEO rank tracking.
- How often are brands scanned?
- Starter scans weekly, Growth every 4 days. On Agency each brand picks daily, every 2, 3 or 4 days, or weekly, within 100 brand scans a month in total. You can also run manual scans within your daily limit.
- Can I add team members?
- Yes, on paid plans: 3 users on Starter, 10 on Growth and 25 on Agency, with owner, admin, editor and viewer access. The free trial is for one user.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Plans are monthly and you can cancel from your account. You keep access until the end of the paid month; payments are not refunded.
- Which currencies do you accept?
- US dollars and Indian rupees, through Razorpay.
