Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data [Legal entity name, e.g. Techieon Private Limited] ("we") collects through Get AI Vizible, why, and your choices.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and a one-way hash of your password. We never store the password itself.
• Workspace data: the brands, websites, competitors, buyer questions and brand facts you enter, the AI answers our scans collect, and drafts you generate.
• Billing data: your plan, subscription status and payment ids from Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's checkout and never reach our servers.
• Technical data: server logs (IP address, browser, requests, errors) kept for security and troubleshooting.

Why we use it

• To provide the service: run scans, show reports and run scheduled scans.
• To manage your account: sign-in, email confirmation, password resets and billing.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
• To send service emails (confirmations, password resets, billing and important changes). We don't sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Who processes it for us

• Google Cloud (hosting) and Neon (database), in the United States.
• OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Perplexity, which receive the buyer questions and brand details needed to produce and analyse AI answers. We don't send them your account email or password.
• Razorpay (payments) and Resend (email delivery).

Each provider processes data under its own terms and security commitments. Some are outside India. By using the service you consent to that transfer.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie (aeo_session) to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Razorpay's checkout may set its own cookies while you pay.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, your account and workspace data are deleted from our database immediately and from backups within 30 days. We keep billing records for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can view and correct your data, export scan results (CSV/JSON) and delete your account from Account settings at any time. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (and the GDPR, where it applies) you may also ask us for access, correction or erasure, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance by writing to info@techieon.in. We reply within 30 days.

Security

Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, passwords are hashed with scrypt, and secrets are kept in Google Secret Manager. No system is perfectly secure. We will tell you without undue delay if a breach affects your data.

Children

The service is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

We'll post updates here and email account holders about material changes.
