Try before you pay

Every account starts on the Free plan, with no card needed, so you can see real results for your brand before you buy.

Cancel anytime

Cancel your subscription whenever you like from Account → Billing in the dashboard, or by emailing info@techieon.in. You won't be charged again. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the month you've already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your brands and history are kept.

Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable, including for partly used months. We don't pro-rate cancellations or downgrades.

Exceptions: if you were charged twice for the same period, charged after you cancelled, or charged because of an error on our side, email us within 30 days and we'll refund the incorrect amount in full. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 business days.

Plan changes

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.

Failed payments

If a renewal fails, Razorpay retries it for a few days. If it still fails, the subscription stops and your account moves to the Free plan. You can subscribe again at any time.

Delivery

Get AI Vizible is an online software service, so there is nothing to ship. Paid features are available in your dashboard as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a minute.
